By downloading, installing, or using the Lexo mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Lexo is a language learning application that uses flashcard-based review sessions powered by the SM-2 spaced repetition algorithm. The App stores all data locally on your device. No account creation is required to use the App.
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to:
All content, design, graphics, and code included in the App are the exclusive property of Maxime De Oliveira and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
You may create decks and flashcards within the App. You retain full ownership of any content you create. This content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on external servers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maxime De Oliveira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
